JONATHAN RUBINSZTEIN

Jonathan is the CEO of Red Rock Consulting, the largest Oracle Consulting business in Australia and New Zealand with 7 offices and 500 staff. Jonathan is a dynamic and energetic leader who prides himself on being able to help grow a business aggressively whilst maintaining the organisations culture and x-factor.

Jonathan was a founding Shareholder of Red Rock. His focus and expertise is around enabling business growth specifically in Sales and Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Executive Leadership, Alliances and Corporate Strategy.

Jonathan has helped grow Red Rock into the largest Oracle Consulting business in ANZ and he continues to drive growth, innovation and fun at Red Rock.

As a key shareholder, Jonathan was involved in selling Red Rock Consulting to UXC, a listed technology company and is currently the CEO of Red Rock Consulting post an extremely successful earn-out, for both parties.

Whilst at University in Cape Town, South Africa, Jonathan founded his own private textiles company called Ruby Manufacturing.

Jonathan migrated to Australia and joined Andersen Consulting where he focused on delivering business strategy, process design and large technology implementation projects.

Jonathan also worked for A.T Kearney where he managed a number of high-profile projects in the strategy and technology strategy areas.

Prior to joining Red Rock Consulting, Jonathan successfully helped build a Strategy Consulting business as Head of a Strategic Technology practice in what became a large listed Technology Company.

Jonathan has a BCom Honours from University of Cape Town, a Post Graduate Degree in Applied Finance from SIA and an MBA from AGSM and has done the AICD International Companies Directors Course.
