| Greg Woollett |

| Greg has served as the Managing Director of Red Rock since its inception in 1997. Greg also directs the Support Services team. |

| Greg has a deep understanding of Oracle technology and applications, and extensive experience over 10 years in managing large scale projects. His expertise ranges from advising clients on IT direction to managing specific Oracle related projects. His deep knowledge of Oracle solutions combined with business experience allows him to bridge the gap between user requirements and product delivery. |

| Prior to joining Red Rock Consulting, Greg was employed by EDS Management Consulting Services as a consultant and worked on several Oracle Application and BPR projects. Prior to this role, Greg worked for CCA Snack foods for 3 years as a Financial Systems Manager and was responsible for all areas of the Oracle environment including upgrades, customisations, system performance and education. Prior to this role, Greg worked for Oracle Australia for 2 years as an Application Consultant on various implementations. |

| Jonathan Rubinsztein |

| Jonathan joined Red Rock as a Director in 1999. His focus and expertise is around Sales and Marketing, Alliances and Corporate Strategy. |

| Whilst at University in Cape Town, South Africa, Jonathan founded his own private textiles company called Ruby Manufacturing. Jonathan migrated to Australia and joined Andersen Consulting where he focused on delivering business strategy, process design and large technology implementation projects. Jonathan also worked for AT Kearney where he managed a number of high-profile projects in the strategy and technology strategy areas. Prior to joining Red Rock Consulting, Jonathan was employed as Head of a Strategic Technology practice in a large technology organisation. |

| Jonathan has a BCom (Hons) from UCT, an MBA from AGSM and has a post graduate degree in applied finance from Australian Securities Institute. |

| Duane Goff |

| Duane was one of the founding directors of Red Rock in 1997 and currently drives the Applications side of Red Rock. |

| With over 14 years experience with Oracle, Duane started off his career with Oracle Australia. After four years as an Application Consultant Duane gathered experience in all facets of application implementation. Travelling to Europe Duane was able to work with Oracle and consolidate his local experience with involvement in several Eastern European and global rollout Oracle implementations. At Red Rock Consulting his focus is on Oracle Applications, providing valuable project management and consulting experience to projects ranging in size and industry. |
