| Jonathan joined Red Rock as a Director in 1999. His focus and expertise is around Sales and Marketing, Alliances and Corporate Strategy. |

| Whilst at University in Cape Town, South Africa, Jonathan founded his own private textiles company called Ruby Manufacturing. Jonathan migrated to Australia and joined Andersen Consulting where he focused on delivering business strategy, process design and large technology implementation projects. Jonathan also worked for AT Kearney where he managed a number of high-profile projects in the strategy and technology strategy areas. Prior to joining Red Rock Consulting, Jonathan was employed as Head of a Strategic Technology practice in a large technology organisation. |

| Jonathan has a BCom (Hons) from UCT, an MBA from AGSM and has a post graduate degree in applied finance from Australian Securities Institute. |

| Ian White was appointed Managing Director of Oracle Australia in June 2005. He is responsible for Oracle’s strategic relationships with customers, governments and partners, as well as identifying long-term growth opportunities in the company’s core focus areas – applications, grid and middleware software. |

| Ian has worked at Oracle for the last 15 years. In his previous role, he was General Manager, Western Region for Oracle Australia, a position he held for seven years. In this role, Ian directed Oracle’s growing presence in Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory and oversaw the management of key customers in the region. Prior to this role, Ian was Oracle’s Western Regional Consulting Practice Director. |

| Ian is a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course and before joining Oracle, formed and ran his own software development and implementation business for eight years. |

| Roland Slee is Vice President Banking Solutions for Asia Pacific within Oracle’s Financial Services Global Business Unit. Mr. Slee began his career at Andersen Consulting and worked in Australia, Belgium and the UK before joining Oracle Corporation in London in 1993. In more than fifteen years with Oracle he has held positions in consulting, sales and management in Europe and Asia Pacific. Immediately prior to this appointment Mr Slee spent three years leading Oracle’s Fusion Middleware business across Asia Pacific. |
