| From our Project Managers we expect: |
- A minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
- An understanding of the architecture of Oracle/PeopleSoft Applications
- Strong project planning and project control skills
- Ability to deal effectively with customers at all levels
- Experience in managing computer projects
- Software development life-cycle experience
- Experience of a formal project management methodology
- Exposure to custom development methodologies
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Effective oral and written communication skills
