Project Manager
Red Rock Project Managers are involved in managing all areas of a project implementation, upgrade or installation work. Our Project Managers possess good communication skills, enjoy working face-to-face with team members and clients, as well as providing great problem solving skills.
 
From our Project Managers we expect:
  • A minimum of 3 years project management experience
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • An understanding of the architecture of Oracle/PeopleSoft Applications
  • Strong project planning and project control skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers at all levels
  • Experience in managing computer projects
  • Software development life-cycle experience
  • Experience of a formal project management methodology
  • Exposure to custom development methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
 
Also the following criteria are desirable:
  • Degree
  • Previous consulting experience
